Echodesk provides an AI-powered phone receptionist and related tools for businesses, including scheduling integrations and optional SMS notifications on behalf of the business you contacted. These Terms apply to your use of Echodesk websites, apps, and messaging tied to our services.

SMS program

If you have opted in to receive text messages, you may receive SMS related to your interaction with a business using Echodesk, such as:

Appointment confirmations
Reminders
Reschedule or cancellation notices
Support follow-up

Message frequency may vary.
Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. After you opt out, we will not send further promotional or transactional messages unless you opt in again where permitted.
